AccentPOS Hub setup

Shortly after confirming your order with AccentPOS, you will receive a welcome pack. The welcome pack contains useful information to help you get started with your new system, and also includes your administrator login details. Using these details, you can sign in to the AccentPOS Online Hub. Please follow these steps to initialise your establishment information:

  1. Sign in to the AccentPOS Hub using the link provided in the welcome pack AccentPOS Hub.

  2. Click the menu icon.

  3. Click on Restaurants.

  4. Your establishment should be listed. If it is not, please contact us.

  5. Click on your establishment.

  6. Update the information.

  7. Under the Type heading, you can choose between using Café or Restaurant versions of the AccentPOS iPad application. Your AccentPOS expert will help you with this decision in the consultation.

  8. Click save once you have entered all the correct information.

Your establishment has now been configured. If you have multiple outlets, you can repeat the steps above for each establishment.
